I've purchased a tune and a patch file, but I am unable to flash the ECU. I receive a "file unavailable" error. How am I able to fix this error?

You need to contact your tuning company about that.
EKR file information is not matched to your gauge serial no or VIN information.

I'm having the same issue. This happened after I updated the EK1lite and converted the file. Prior to updating everything was working fine. My tuner said "Looks like an issue with EK1s conversion process. They provide all support for that." Also the conversion is suppose to cost credits, I bought some but every time I convert I never lose any credits so not sure if it's actually working correctly.
