You don't need to buy a bench cable in case of the ECU ID.
We have patch / new patch / old / new protocol everything

For facelift EN ecu, do we need bench cable to reset adapt values in the diagnose menu? Or this can be done through obd port?

No, you don't need a bench cable in case of reset or diagnostic. it can be done via OBD.

I was previously tuned and finally had to get the recall done. I do have the bench kit but what all do I need to do so I can reflash? I've already converted all my files back in December...

If we have same ECU software, you don't need to buy a bench cable.
What is your ECU ID?
