I’m getting the message “there is no ECU information data after updating the firmware on the EK1 device and converting the tune files to EKR. Before this I was able to see my tunes and write to the ecu. What is the problem?

What is this component you are referring to? That links gets you nowhere with intructions. I manually updated my Ek1 lite to version 1.39 due to ek1tool software not being able to update it. Converted my files to ekr and still ek1 now says: ECU data not found. Please contact AS center” Any help? Also tried downloading the new patch file, added my ek1 lite serial number and last 6 of my vin but it won’t let me select any file. Just the message that no ecu information is available and to contact support basically. Any help?
