What is difference between recovery file and original > Q&A

I have a BMS BEF tune waiting for my 19 kia stinger gt. Before I flash tune i want to have the original file so I can flash back if i need to. I already downloaded 2 files for my ecu one labeled "original" the other labeled "recovery" What would be the process to flash ECU back to before BEF was flashed?
