Hello,

I received a tune and I tried to write it onto my ECU but was met with the message "Vehicle Information does not match". We tried trouble shooting it and this is everything that we did.

Made sure my profile/car Vin, Ecu Id & Calibration ID was correct
Made sure my EK1 was up to date
He reformatted the tune as I've been tuned by another company and my ECU has already been patched

Im still able to switch between my old tunes but not write this new one. My car is a 2023 but I did not do the software update for the recall as well so I wouldn't need the bench cable.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello,
Do you use a Spare ECU?

It would be good if you upload screenshot here when you got the message.

I have the same problem going on. I have a 2020 kia stinger gt and Im trying to upload the bms tcu tune but am getting same error message. "vehicle information does not match"
