Looking for some help with this issue, started about 2 months ago and unable to read ecu or anything. My ek1pro had been working for a couple years prior. Nothing has changed I am on a spare ecu and this morning I tried updating to latest firmware and still unable to connect.

Reading ECU function has been improved from virtual reading to real reading.
You don't need to read ECU data again if you already have it.
We offer a bench cable to read your real ECU.

So a bench cable is required now even with a 2022 EN? I have a standalone Ecu from n75motorsports and If I try to pull up any gauges and want to log data it comes up with this message still. I think I may need to try a new obd cable and go from there.
