Good evening,
I need to flash my car back to stock map, but wanted to make sure that my EK1PRO & car (vin info) are set up correctly. Just tried to get the QR code from the car via the EK1PRO, but got the following message: “There is no ECU information data. Please contact the AS center.” I have already converted all my stock map and tune map to ekr, as well as my original boot patch from 9/4/24 to ekr as well and all three files are in their designated "maps" folder on the sd card. Not sure what is going on.

How do I resolve this issue? I have an EK1 lite on latest update 1.39. Manually updated due to ek1tool not being able to do the update. All files are converted to ekr but keep getting the no ecu information is available. Any help?
