hi i need help i was putting a file to my 2020 VN for some reason it complete it then it all of a sudden it said no respond from the vehicle on the ek1 min 2. the car now wont start but i have power can you pleases help me asap. it keep saying check igkey or connection but they look fine to me and its connected to the obd port

You can save your ECU with flashing original file first.
Did you try it before?
