vehicle information does not match > Q&A

I have a 2020 kia stinger gt. I purchased a bms tcu tune and is unable to upload it. We have verified that the ek1 serial number is correct, the VIN is correct, and the tcu calibration id is correct.

I am able to switch between ecu tunes but unable to upload my tcu tune.

The error message says "Vehicle information does not match".

Please any info helps!
