EK1 lite all white UI Interface(Cannot read anything)

My Ek1 lite UI's image file has issues and updating firmware does not correct it. The EK1tool does recognize UI image version. Any assistance in fixing so I will be able to read the Ek1 again?

I cannot utilize that post guidance as I get error "There is a version error in the firmware file. Please check version of the firmware file and try again." I believe that is because I am on the latest version for the Ek1 lite and this one on the post is older.

Please follow step from No.8
8. Run EK1Tool software
9. Click "Check for Upgrade"
10. Click "Start Upgrade" with option "Upgrade without version comparison"
