No ECU information data > Q&A

I need your help desperately! I am working with N75 on getting tuned. At first i was told that my ECU ID was a recall and he could not tune it. The ECU ID was JSDKNC0ERG1B just for your reference. So he told me that i needed a boot patch kit. I hooked it up and it kept telling me that it would not connect. So then i saw that there was an updated software for the mini2. i uploaded that and now i am getting the error no ECU information data. What am i supposed to do from here. Its been 2 months now and N75 has not been able to tune my car. PLEASE HELP.
