Please upgrade your permission from regular membership to EK1 Owner grade.
You will get the permission after you input your ek1 device serial number and VIN 6 last digits.

I tried the same approach and it did not let me save ny info when I input my EK1 device serial number and last 6 digits of the VIN. It says that the serial number belongs to someone else.
