Im so lost > Q&A

I have a 2019 Hyundai Veloster N. Im having premature boost releases, Long rev hangs during shifting, and just general loss of power. I've had this issue off and on for so long. I was recommended to buy the EK1 PRO. I have it but i have no idea where to even begin on how to set this up. I plugged it in my car and tried to read the ecu but it said “This vehicle does not have read function applied.” Now im lost from here. What do i do next? I cant really find a step by step process on how i get a tune to my car.
