Not sure what's happening here. After updating my EK1lite I can't flash old tunes after converting. They worked fine before the update/conversion. I have read from a previous Q&A that an admin said to contact the tuner but my tuner is telling me "Looks like an issue with EK1s conversion process. They provide all support for that." Also I noticed that the site says it cost credits to convert now so I bought a couple but when I convert my files I don't lose any credits so I'm not sure if it's converting properly.

My tuner said that EKP files will no longer work after the update and they will all need to be converted to EKR files. I haven't tried converting any of mine yet, so I can't help with that.
I know...this whole update process is frustrating.

Yeah I converted all my old files to the new format but still doesn't work
