1. Download Recovery file at https://ek1tuning.com/Original/155
2. Flash the Recovery file
3. Make a boot patch for CNPNKM__FT5A version once again
4. Flash a tune file whatever you want.

I installed the recovery file, but my tunes that are converted to ekr are still saying not available. what am i doing wrong?

Did you make a patch?
I think the file wasn't properly made by your tuner.
Please ask them to make EKR file one more time after delete all cache memory of their web browser.

Not sure what you mean by make a patch I have the patch file but I was told I dont need it whwre I didnt have the hpfp recall done. And the tunes are the sxth ots 4.0  files

Installed the patch but the tunes files are still saying unavailable.  I've converted them over from eke files and ekp files. Not sure why they are not working I've already reached out to the tuner and they are telling me they can't help that I have to get in contact with you.

Where you stucked in the processes ?

It's with the tunes or my profile on here because it acts like the conversions are not on my memory card. Maybe an issue wirh my ek1 account keeping me from converting correctly
