Log files not correct > Q&A

I am having trouble with sending log files over to the tuner at N75 Motorsports. He is saying that the log file names and info do not make any sense and it seems like a device problem. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried updating the device and relogging, but got no luck. I have attached a picture of the files
